Ending teacher isolation through district-verified community.
A district-verified professional community platform for PreK–12 educators, built for a Tucson-based nonprofit. The platform connects teachers across districts for peer support, mentorship, and resource sharing, designed to reduce professional isolation and improve retention.
The application includes a social discovery feed with filtering and saved collections, group spaces organized by grade and subject, a 1:1 mentorship matching system, direct messaging, an activity center, gamification through points and tiered badges, and a district admin dashboard for tracking adoption. All members are district-verified, the platform is permanently free for teachers, and the architecture supports both statewide scaling and localized community building.
